A marketing veteran with over 19 years of industry experience, my expertise is in Business Development, Strategy and Operations in the IT Industry.

  • Prior to this, employed with Cisco Systems as Strategy and Operations –Partner Organisation India and SAARC. Before that was heading the Marketing – Commercial (Mid-market and SMB segment), Channel and Borderless Networks in Cisco Systems

  • Innovation: Introduced NETWORK ON WHEELS (NOW VAN) in 2006, a 25-foot mobile van demonstrating customized networking solutions to the customers which travelled across key 50 cities in the next 8 months. It was one of the First of its kind initiative in India
  • Agility and Resilience: This year once COVID hit home and within a fortnight the writing on the wall was clear if we didn’t pivot to digital we would lost traction- from there on all plans made were for a real world were soon converted to an online world, with no past precedence on what will work – the only option was to focus on key priorities of

o Customer First: We designed a WFH campaign and helped customers secure employees’ devices for seamless operation

o Digital Pivot: Designed Targeted Account based marketing approach for our focused customers and awareness campaigns to increase awareness and reach across APAC.

o Content the king: Understand customer needs and pivoting to curated content to cut the digital clutter was a big success. We have more than 60% jump in the participation of our customer base

  • Marketing Thought leader: A true blue marketing professional at heart, my goal is always to build strong Marketing leaders in the industry. In my past 19+ years of experience, have been mentoring marketing professional. Seeing them successful it is indeed an achievement which I treasure the most.
